Upscale consignment sale allows families to stock up at bargain prices|
Tallahassee, FL ? September 4, 2007. The One Week Boutique will hold its bi-annual sale September 14-16 at the historic Marshall House, at 317 East Call St. An upscale consignment sale, buyers can purchase quality items at a fraction of the store cost and pre-registered sellers can clean out closets and make some cash.
Buyers will have three days to shop for items from over 100 consignors, with a half price sale on Sunday. Items available at the sale include: quality, name brand children\'s clothing, maternity clothing, nursery furniture & bedding, toys, baby equipment - swings, bouncy chairs, high chairs, strollers, exersaucers, pack-n-plays, books & DVDs and a \"New with Tags\" section.
The One Week Boutique is the brainchild of entrepreneurs Sara Barber and Cindi Marsiglio who wanted to ?keep down the price of growing up.? Based on similar sales they had been to, they held their first sale in August of 2006 at Goodwood Museum. The pair had a huge success and the event has only grown in popularity since their first venture into the business world.
Following the sale, un-sold items are donated to local charities.
The sale runs September 14-16, 2007 at the Marshall House, located at 317 East Call St. The house is located on Call between Gadsden and Calhoun Streets in Downtown Tallahassee. The hours of the event are Friday 10-5, Saturday 9-4 and Sunday from 10-2. The sale accepts cash, local check with valid driver?s license, mastercard and visa. A 7.5% sales tax does apply and all sales are final.
